Education is the starter for updated civilised enhancement and should facilitate further knowledge for localised SME’s. Smaller communities can benefit from these systems in that they could (and have) benefitted by management of food production, medical needs, community infrastructure and by creating a bedrock for self contained and self managed sustainable growth…
