Sino Multilateral Innovation Alliance
Connecting China with international partners through education, innovation, industry and institutional cooperation.
The Sino–Multilateral Innovation Alliance is a registered branch of S.M.I.A. dedicated to cooperation involving China and partners across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and other international markets.
The Alliance develops multilateral cooperation involving institutions, businesses, universities, industries, technology providers, professional networks, and public-sector stakeholders.
Its purpose is to bring together complementary international capabilities around practical projects, programs, and long-term partnerships.
Malaysia — Regional Education and Skills Gateway
Malaysia serves as a regional platform connecting China with Southeast Asia and international education opportunities. Our work includes study and credit-transfer pathways, English-language preparation, professional development, institutional capacity building and student support.
Cooperation development has involved Malaysian institutions including Sunway University, UNITAR, UTP, UniKL, SEGi, HELP University and Lincoln University College, while supporting wider mobility pathways connecting China, Malaysia, Austria and other international destinations.
Mongolia — Industry and Skills Corridor
Our work in Mongolia connects skills development with industry, technology and project cooperation. It includes workforce programmes aligned with mining, green energy and infrastructure, as well as executive study visits, train-the-trainer initiatives, scholarship pathways and academic cooperation.
Through cooperation with the Belt and Road Research Center , the Alliance also supports the early development of PPP-related opportunities, joint working groups, technology exchange and structured project files. This approach begins with local capacity and institutional coordination before progressing toward practical and investment-ready cooperation.
Austria — Skills and Innovation Gateway
Austria provides a European pathway for advanced professional education, institutional cooperation and economic promotion.
Our activities include cooperation development with the University for Continuing Education Krems, particularly in professional fire-safety education, micro-credentials and train-the-trainer programmes. Further engagement with Graz City Council , the University of Graz and Styrian partners has explored research cooperation, leadership development, industry training and institutional exchange.
The Alliance also supports China–Austria and China–Styria economic-media cooperation Graz city including coordination discussions with ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA , Styria Internalisation Center and the development of proposed economic, trade and investment activities in China.
